Where will you walk my dog?
We will walk your dog locally to their home so they can feel comfortable in more familiar surroundings.
How many dogs do you take on a walk?
As dog walkers, we concentrate on your dog and their needs. We do not take on group walks. If anyone wanted their dog to socialise on their walk with other dogs we will ask permission first but as a rule, we just work with you and what your dog wants.
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
Yes, we will take them to your vet or an alternative if yours are unavailable. We will always contact you before we taken any action.
Do you have a COVID protocol?
Yes we do. We will ask for your dog to already be on their lead or harness. If this can not be the case, we will wipe down all leads and harnesses with pet friendly wipes before and after taking them out to play. The same goes with all toys.
When entering you home, we will wear masks and keep a 2 meter distance at all times. We will inform you we are at your home before entering if you are self isolating.
We must think of all our clients when picking up your dog.
